Report of suspicious person near pallet mill

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of a possible suspicious person near a pallet mill along NC 56 in the Franklinton area. The caller described a man with dreadlocks wearing a dark shirt and shorts just west of the mill. A responding unit reported they had passed the person and believed he was not one of the wanted individuals.
