Suspicious black pickup parked in roadside grass

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible impaired driver in a black pickup truck parked in the grass near Herein Town Road and Ashley. Units later reported a black GMC pickup with a North Carolina plate traveling near Faith Rock Road toward Lakeside Park Road.
