Theft of cold medicine near West Main Street park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near a business on West Main Street in Franklinville for a possible shoplifting, where a person reportedly took one pack of cold and flu nighttime medicine. Units were advised the person might be across the street at a nearby park, possibly near the park by the highway and across from the fire station.
