As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic discusses a heavy rain event with severe thunderstorms around Russellville Gulch near Franktown, extending toward the Castle Rock and Larkspur areas. Rainfall reportedly reached about half an inch in ten minutes, with warnings shifted from thunderstorms to heavy rain.
