Brush fire with explosions on Cabarrus Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to an active brush fire near Cabarrus Drive in the Nassawadox area. Tankers were used to supply water to engines as firefighters deployed hand lines and were told to keep distance due to apparent explosions or materials “letting off” in a pile.
