74-year-old woman having a stroke with door forced open

As discussed during the dispatch call, medics and a deputy were dispatched to a report of a 74-year-old woman possibly having a stroke at a home near Shannon Valley Road in the Frazeysburg area. Responders reported that the doors were locked and requested that the front door be forced open to reach the patient.
