Complaint about man taking photos at pool

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint from staff at the Frazeysburg pool and nearby water treatment facility about a man in a black box truck reportedly taking pictures of people again. Deputies referenced a previous, similar complaint that was apparently determined not to be illegal.
