Domestic dispute and woman with breathing trouble

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a possible domestic dispute between a man and a woman near 3rd St in Fredonia. A woman, described as about 68 years old, was reported conscious but having trouble breathing and acting confused at a nearby residence. She later apparently refused medical treatment and did not want to pursue charges.
