Woman reported harassed and followed; person involved reportedly armed

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to the area of Church St near Tabitha and Reno for a report that a young woman was harassed by occupants of a red car and then followed. The caller reported the group made threats (including mentioning a “shooter”), and that one involved person was known to carry a Glock-style handgun.
