Smoldering fire intentionally set near house

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a home near East Second Street for a possible intentionally set smoldering fire about 15 feet from the reporting party’s house, with smoke visible but no active flames reported and the people who started the fire apparently gone from the area.
