Ex-boyfriend trying to break into Fremont apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a possible disturbance at an apartment on Empire Avenue. A caller reportedly contacted dispatch on behalf of a friend, saying the friend’s ex-boyfriend was trying to break into the apartment. Officers are being sent to check on the situation and to try to reach the woman by phone to see if she is still at the scene.
