Reported domestic dispute at Palmer Drive home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received an open 911 call from a known phone number linked to a residence on Palmer Drive in Fremont. A male there reported a physical altercation with a female, who had reportedly left the area. Deputies searched the residence and surrounding area and asked whether the victim might need medical help for a possible self-inflicted injury.
