Truck occupants checked after gas issue report

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were asked to drive through the area near East 8th Street to check on a larger dark-colored truck that was reportedly acting suspiciously with several occupants inside. It was later reported that the truck had run out of gas and the occupants were trying to get fuel so they could leave.
