Small fire at strip mall under construction

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were sent to a reported structure fire near Benton Road and Leon Road in French Valley. Crews found a small fire at a single-story strip mall under construction that had already been put out by local individuals, and some responding units were canceled.
