Bicyclist and pedestrians create hazard on Olive Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement responded to reports of a male bicyclist traveling along the shoulder near Olive Avenue just south of Highway 180 and later northbound on South Ashlan Avenue. Units were checking on the bicyclist and managing related traffic concerns.
