Vehicle hits dog on California east of Cornelia

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible collision on California Avenue just east of Cornelia Avenue involving a gray Ford Explorer and one or more dogs. The vehicle that reportedly struck the dog left and then returned in a different vehicle, and the people involved were unable to locate the dog.
