Man hits woman inside moving car on Golden State

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers issued a be-on-the-lookout for a reported domestic violence incident involving a man and woman in a white Chevy Cruze near Golden State Boulevard and Chestnut in Fresno. The man reportedly yelled at and hit the woman in the face while driving southbound on Golden State Boulevard.
