Suspicious person reported by pool at Barstow home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to check on a possible suspicious man seen by a residential pool near West Barstow Avenue in Fresno. The reporting party described an unknown adult man in black clothing holding a soda can and not recognized in the area.
