Agitated man causing disturbance at Fresno Starbucks

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a welfare check for an agitated man at a coffee shop on West Palmdon Drive. The man, described as in his twenties, was talking to himself, walking around, and punching the air. Staff also reported a prior possible theft at the same location.
