License and drug violations at North Woodrow apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a records check on two people during a traffic stop near North Woodrow Avenue in Fresno. One person reportedly had a suspended driver license, a restraining order, and prior drug-related charges. The other person apparently had an expired driver license and prior drug-related charges. A vehicle with a temporary Colorado plate and an Acura were also checked for registration status.
