Erratic blue pickup reported on West Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a woman about a possible impaired or reckless driver in a shiny blue Ford pickup with tires in the truck bed, traveling west on West Main Street near the Friendship–Cuba town line in Friendship. The caller stated the truck was weaving on the roadway and did not appear to have a rear license plate.
