Unauthorized entry through window at Kemp Avenue home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to an apartment on Kemp Avenue for a possible burglary after a neighbor reported that a man, who was not supposed to be there, crawled in through a window, possibly trying to get money to detail cars.
