Lawn decoration damaged by car at Highway 13 home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a vandalism complaint near Highway 13 in the Friendship area. The reporting party stated that a small green car entered the yard and damaged a Buddha lawn decoration before leaving southbound on Highway 13. A possible occupant name and an associated address were provided to responding officers.
