Man transferred with tibial fracture and post-seizure

As discussed during the dispatch call, a 49-year-old male patient was transferred from Plains Memorial Hospital in Friona with multiple superficial infections and a tibial fracture. He reportedly had a seizure after the event and is bleeding from his leg. Vital signs included a heart rate of 86, respiratory rate 16, oxygen saturation 95%, and blood pressure 165/105. Estimated arrival time is about 12 minutes.
