Hit-and-run crash and suspect found near Highway 380

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported hit-and-run involving a maroon van near Highway 380 and Aviation Parkway in Frisco. The reporting party and victim were waiting near a location on Red Oak Circle and were said to be uninjured. Witnesses reported the driver fled on foot toward a nearby business area, and officers later contacted a male suspect nearby who was seen urinating in public.
