Unconscious man turning purple found wrapped around pole

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a report of an unconscious man near Kibler Street. The man was described as turning purple and wrapped around a pole. Engine 3 and EMS evaluated the patient, and a medic unit later transported someone to the hospital.
