Teens reported harassing residents and knocking on doors near E Aspen Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the E Aspen Ave area for a reported juvenile complaint involving several teenagers reportedly knocking on doors and harassing residents, possibly in/near an alley. One juvenile was possibly seen with a pocket knife, though it was not displayed or used.
