Two men in physical fight on River Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible physical fight between two males near the intersection of River Road and Fulton Road. One person may have been hit in the head. Several bystanders were reportedly standing nearby and recording. No weapons were reported, and it is unknown if medical assistance is needed.
