Elderly man with chest pain and breath shortness at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, rescue paramedics were dispatched to a home near Russell Avenue in Galesburg for an approximately 80-year-old man who was conscious and alert but reporting chest pain and shortness of breath, with a possible heart attack noted. Responders were told the door was unlocked and that the man was on a medication they would need to know about.
