Blown transformer with sparks on Northwest Fourth Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to the area of Northwest Fourth Avenue in Galva for a blown power transformer with visible sparking. Law enforcement was reportedly already in the area looking for the transformer.
