Person found unconscious but breathing at port area

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call at a port facility near Main St in Garden City for a patient who was unconscious but breathing. Fire units coordinated with police and gas company personnel for access, and EMS was confirmed to be assigned to the incident. Dispatchers and command also checked on reports of CPR near another gate but verified there was no separate active call.
