Male attempting to run in front of vehicles in Garden City

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical and fire crews responded to a report of a possibly suicidal man running into traffic near the (number withheld) block of West Kansas Avenue in Garden City. Units later cleared and returned to service.
