Male on highway attempts to harm himself in Garden City

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were dispatched near the (number withheld) block of West Kansas for a report of a suicidal man with no shirt and black pants who was allegedly running in front of vehicles and moving between cars on the highway in an apparent attempt to hurt himself. The report came from a passing motorist.
