Minibike rider flees into Garden City Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer reported a person on a minibike fleeing east on Florence Street from the Herriman area and then going into Garden City Park toward Inkster. The rider was described as an adult male in his mid-20s wearing a yellow shirt.
