Paddle boarder attempts rescue at Bear Lake marina

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes two paddle boarders in the water off a lake rest area, with one person apparently trying to rescue the other a significant distance from shore. Marine and land units respond to the marina area for a possible medical emergency and water rescue.
