Client detained after assault at North Center Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a possible third-party report of a family disturbance near North Center Street in Gardner, involving a client or patient reportedly physically hitting someone. Responding units later reported that the man was detained but remained combative with staff, possibly related to medication changes, and medical personnel were on scene.
