Reckless driver reported on Highway 199 near Gasquet

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report of a possible reckless driver in an older silver and gray SUV-type vehicle traveling northbound on Highway 199 just south of Gasquet. The driver was reportedly making unsafe passes, including using both shoulders of the road.
