Driver needs jump start on Highway 141

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were advised of a disabled older brown Ford truck towing a flatbed trailer on Highway 141 near milepost 124 by the Gateway side. The driver reportedly had water but was in an apparent cell service dead zone and needed help with a jump start.
