Neighbor breaks glass door and tampers with car

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from an apartment on Martin Bluff Road about a possible vandalism incident. A caller said her downstairs neighbor, described as a man, apparently broke her glass door and had been messing with her car in the parking area.
