Smoke from chimney with no response at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were sent to a home on C Mack Road in Germantown after a caller reported white smoke coming from a chimney for about 30 minutes and no one answering the door. Responding units also noted a tan SUV with a ladder strapped to the roof as a possible related vehicle.
