People in woods flashing lights at passing cars

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a call about two individuals in the woods across from a home on Old Stage Road who were reportedly flashing lights at passing vehicles. Deputies noted they may be the same people previously found sleeping in the woods and planned to have them leave for the night.
