Motorcycle reported lane splitting at high speed

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a possible aggressive black motorcycle rider wearing dark clothing, reportedly lane splitting at high speed westbound on State Route 16 near Wollochet Drive in Gig Harbor. Dispatch also notes a separate non-injury two-vehicle collision involving a black Lincoln and a Ford pickup on a southbound roadway near an intersection identified as 204th.
