Was this child found!?? Description!??? I drove on Guadalupe between Higley and Gilbert at 12:50pm 11/11 and saw a kid with headphones and wore something colorful (maybe it was a hat?)who looked slow in awe over a few classic cars that were driving along side me. He seemed out of place.
