Erratic driving complaint involving vehicle with children inside

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a traffic complaint about a vehicle with children inside reportedly driving erratically, initially reported near Jane and (unintelligible cross street). The vehicle was later reported on Torrey Lane and possibly pulled into a residence near Alex Way. It was described as an El Camino-type vehicle / older blue Chevy. The registered owner was listed as (name withheld); the caller was upset and disconnected.
