Woman found unconscious with breathing difficulty in Gilliam

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to the area of Main Street and Erie Drive near the university to assist a 45-year-old woman who was previously unconscious and is now reportedly experiencing an altered level of consciousness and difficulty breathing at a bus stop.
