Tree on power line causes small fire behind car wash

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a possible power line fire near a car wash on North Fourth Avenue after a tree reportedly fell on the line, causing sparks, smoke, and a small fire that was slowed by rain.
