Young child found alone on porch near Minnesota Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a very young female child seen alone on a front porch near the 1400 to 1500 block of Minnesota Avenue. The child was reportedly knocking on a door with no answer and was described as wearing a green and blue dress.
