Out-of-control sailboat hits boat near Gladstone harbor

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an out-of-control sailboat near Gladstone Harbor, just left of the lighthouse across from the fishing dock. The boat reportedly had five people and a dog on board, had already hit another boat, and the operator appeared unable to safely control the vessel.
