Out-of-control sailboat hits boat off Gladstone Harbor

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible out-of-control sailboat near Gladstone Harbor, just left of the lighthouse across from the fishing dock. The sailboat reportedly had five people and a dog aboard, may have struck another boat, and initially appeared unable to maintain control before later appearing to be under control further out from shore.
