Report of semi failing to stay in its lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers broadcast a lookout for a lime green semi truck after a caller reported it was possibly unable to stay in its lane near the intersection of US-2/41 and M-35 in Gladstone. An officer later reported driving behind the truck on M-35 near North Bluff and stated they were not seeing any violations at that time.
